Trip in How it works
Planning your trip is simple
No forms to wrestle, no pressure. Tell us what you love, and a local team turns it into a real, workable plan, then travels it beside you.
Tell us what you love
Your dates, your pace, your must-sees, and any access needs. A quick chat (or our AI planner) is all it takes.
We craft your plan
Our Rio-based team shapes a route that actually works, with the right local guides, timing and logistics.
Travel with us beside you
Private support before and during your trip, so you can simply enjoy Brazil, we handle the rest.
Why this way
Planning that puts you first
Real local people
You plan with a Rio-based team who actually live here, not a call centre or a script.
Flexible, not fixed
Every plan is a draft until you're happy. Change the pace, swap a day, add a stop, anytime.
Accessibility verified
We confirm what's accessible for your specific needs before you book, never a blanket promise.
No payment on the site
You confirm and pay directly with our team. We never ask for card details on this website.
Let's start with a chat.
Use our AI planner for an instant first draft, or message our Rio team directly.
