Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: we collect the minimum we need to plan your trip and help you book it, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Trip planner data. When you use our AI concierge at /plan, we store the messages you send, the itinerary it builds, and basic trip details (destination, dates, number of travelers, interests) so your plan persists and can be shared via a private link.
• An anonymous session cookie. A cookie (tib_trip) links your browser to your saved trip. It contains a random identifier only — no name or email.
• Booking inquiries. If you choose to book or inquire, any name, email or phone number you provide is stored so our team can reply.
• Calendar access (optional). If you connect Google Calendar, we store access tokens encrypted at rest and use them only to add your itinerary to your calendar. You can disconnect at any time by revoking access in your Google account.

We do not collect payments on this site, and we don't ask you to enter passwords or financial details into the planner.

Website analytics (with your consent)

When you accept analytics cookies, we collect information about your visit to understand how the site is used and improve it: the pages you view and their titles; time on page and scroll depth; the site or link that referred you and any campaign tags; your device, operating system and browser; your screen size; your IP address and the approximate location (country, region, city) derived from it; and clicks on key buttons and outbound links. We also store a randomly-generated identifier in your browser so we can recognise return visits.

• Cookies / storage used:tib_consent records your choice; tib_vid (browser storage) is a long-lived random visitor id; tib_sid identifies a single session.
• This is first-party only. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking networks, and we never sell this data.
• If you decline, we do not set the visitor id and do not store your IP for analytics. You can change your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Third parties we use

• Google Gemini processes your chat messages to generate trip suggestions.
• Google Calendar (only if you connect it) to add events.
• OpenStreetMap provides the map tiles shown in the planner.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and provides the approximate location (from your IP) used in analytics.
• WhatsApp opens only when you choose to message us; we never message you without your action.

How long we keep it

Saved trips and inquiries are retained so we can serve you and follow up. Identifiable analytics data, including IP addresses, is automatically deleted after 90 days; aggregate, non-identifiable counts are kept longer. You can ask us to delete your trip, inquiry, or analytics history at any time using the contact below.

Your choices

You can accept or decline analytics at the banner or via “Cookie settings” in the footer, clear your browser cookies to detach from a saved trip or remove your visitor id, decline calendar access, and ask us to remove any inquiry or analytics profile. Email us and we'll help.
